Orders that include complete and accurate shipping information, valid payment, and no fraud alerts are eligible for dispatch according to the schedule above.

Important Notes Regarding Cut‑off Time:

  • The cut‑off applies to the timestamp of order confirmation in our system, not the time of cart creation or checkout initiation.
  • We recommend completing your purchase at least 15 minutes before the cut‑off to allow for payment verification.

5. DELIVERY SERVICES & TRACKING

6. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS & ADDRESS REQUIREMENTS

You are responsible for providing an accurate address. If a package is returned due to incorrect info, a $6.99 re-shipment fee applies, or a refund minus shipping costs.

7. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If tracking says “delivered” but you haven’t received it, wait 2 business days before contacting us. Urban Rise Apparel is not liable for theft after delivery confirmation.

8. HOLIDAY & SEASONAL SHIPPING SCHEDULE

No shipping occurs on major federal holidays (New Year’s, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Christmas, etc.). During peak season (Nov 15 – Dec 31), please allow an extra 1-3 business days.

9. ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

10. APO / FPO / DPO MILITARY SHIPPING

We proudly support military members with $6.99 flat rate shipping via USPS. Transit time is 10–21 business days.

11. SHIPPING INSURANCE & SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS

Orders are insured up to $100. For orders over $100, signature confirmation is recommended. It is mandatory for orders exceeding $250 ($3.50 fee).

12. DAMAGED PACKAGES & INCORRECT ITEMS

Contact us within 48 hours for damages or 7 days for incorrect items with photos. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
