Fees for Changes: Urbanriseapparel does not charge any administrative fee for order changes. However, if you add items, you will be charged for those items at the current price. If you remove items, a refund for those items will be processed within 7 business days.
To cancel or change your order, you must contact Urbanriseapparel Customer Support via email only (to ensure a written timestamp). Phone requests are not accepted.

Confirmation Required: Your cancellation or change is not final until you receive a confirmation email from us stating “CANCELLATION CONFIRMED” or “CHANGE CONFIRMED.” If you do not receive confirmation within 4 business hours (during Monday‑Saturday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST), please follow up.
When a cancellation request is approved before the cut‑off:
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of the cancellation confirmation. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued.
You may cancel a single product from a multi‑item order. The remaining items will continue processing normally. The refund for the canceled item will be issued within 7 business days. The original $6.99 shipping fee is not refunded for partial cancellations because the order still ships.
Example: You order two hoodies ($45 each) + $6.99 shipping = $96.99 total. You cancel one hoodie before the cut‑off. Your refund = $45. The remaining hoodie ships with the original $6.99 shipping. No additional shipping charges apply.
Cut‑off Time: 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday through Friday. Orders placed at 5:00 PM EST sharp are considered after cut‑off for same‑day cancellation purposes.
Business Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, excluding federal holidays observed by USPS, UPS, and FedEx (New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day).
Handling Time: 1 business day. This is the time from order confirmation to carrier pickup. Cancellation requests must be received before handling begins (i.e., before the cut‑off on the day of order placement, or before cut‑off on the next business day if ordered after cut‑off).
If you purchase a T‑shirt or hoodie that is on pre‑order or backorder, you may cancel at any time before the item ships. The same cut‑off logic does not apply because handling has not begun. To cancel a pre‑order, email support@urbanriseapparel.shop with your order number. You will receive a full refund within 7 business days, including any shipping charges paid.
