This Return & Refund Policy applies exclusively to products purchased directly from Urbanriseapparel (not from third‑party retailers or marketplaces). By placing an order, you agree to the terms detailed below.

Urbanriseapparel allows returns on all unworn, unwashed, and undamaged T‑shirts and hoodies within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Return Window Calculation: The 30‑day period begins on the date the carrier marks the package as “Delivered.” If the 30th day falls on a weekend or federal holiday, you have until the next business day to initiate the return.
To ensure proper handling and tracking, all returns must be initiated through Urbanriseapparel’s official return process. Do not send items back without receiving a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Deadline to Ship: Your return package must be postmarked no later than 7 calendar days after you receive your RA number.
Once delivered to our facility, we inspect items within 2 business days. Refunds are processed according to this timeline:

Refunds for returned items are processed proportionally. The original shipping fee remains non-refundable unless the entire return is due to our error.
If we made a mistake (wrong item, size, or defect), we cover all costs, provide a prepaid label, and offer a full refund or free replacement.
We recommend trackable shipping and insurance for returns over $100. Urbanriseapparel is not responsible for products we never receive.
