Urbanriseapparel stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of every T‑shirt and hoodie sold through our official online store at https://urbanriseapparel.shop/. We understand that fit, fabric feel, and personal preference can vary. Therefore, we offer a transparent, customer‑friendly return and refund program designed to provide confidence with every purchase.

This Return & Refund Policy applies exclusively to products purchased directly from Urbanriseapparel (not from third‑party retailers or marketplaces). By placing an order, you agree to the terms detailed below.

  • Return Window: 30 calendar days from the date of delivery
  • Refund Processing Time: Within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item(s)
  • Fees: No restocking fees, no return processing fees, no hidden charges
  • Return Shipping Cost: Paid by the customer (unless the return is due to our error – see Section 7)

2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY – 30‑DAY RETURN WINDOW

Urbanriseapparel allows returns on all unworn, unwashed, and undamaged T‑shirts and hoodies within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Conditions for Return:

  • Items must be in original condition: no stains, odors, pet hair, tears, or alterations.
  • All original tags, hang tags, and packaging must be attached and intact.
  • Items must not have been worn outside of trying on for fit. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show visible signs of wear, deodorant marks, perfume, smoke, or washing.
  • Final sale items (if any) will be clearly marked on the product page. Currently, Urbanriseapparel does not offer any final sale merchandise unless explicitly stated during seasonal promotions.

Non‑returnable items (exceptions):

  • Gift cards, Face masks, Undergarments, Items damaged due to customer misuse.

Return Window Calculation: The 30‑day period begins on the date the carrier marks the package as “Delivered.” If the 30th day falls on a weekend or federal holiday, you have until the next business day to initiate the return.

3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To ensure proper handling and tracking, all returns must be initiated through Urbanriseapparel’s official return process. Do not send items back without receiving a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  1. Contact Customer Support: Email support@urbanriseapparel.shop with order details and reason.
  2. Receive RA & Instructions: Support will respond within 1 business day with an RA number and address.
  3. Pack & Ship: Securely repack items, write RA number clearly on the box, and use a trackable method.
  4. Drop-off & Tracking: Retain receipt and provide tracking to support for faster processing.

Deadline to Ship: Your return package must be postmarked no later than 7 calendar days after you receive your RA number.

4. REFUND PROCESSING – WITHIN 7 DAYS

Once delivered to our facility, we inspect items within 2 business days. Refunds are processed according to this timeline:

Refund Amount: Full refund of product price + taxes. Original shipping ($6.99) is only refunded for errors/defects.

5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS & LABELS

Customer is responsible for return costs for standard returns. Estimated costs: $4.50–$9.00 depending on item weight. We can provide a discounted prepaid label upon request (cost deducted from refund).

6. REFUNDS FOR PARTIAL RETURNS

Refunds for returned items are processed proportionally. The original shipping fee remains non-refundable unless the entire return is due to our error.

7. RETURNS DUE TO ERROR OR DEFECTS

If we made a mistake (wrong item, size, or defect), we cover all costs, provide a prepaid label, and offer a full refund or free replacement.

8. DAMAGED, LOST, OR STOLEN RETURNS

We recommend trackable shipping and insurance for returns over $100. Urbanriseapparel is not responsible for products we never receive.

10. EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order to ensure the desired size/color is in stock.

12. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Check with your bank first. If not resolved after 10 business days, contact us with your RA number and shipping date.

Promotional items are returnable unless marked “Final Sale”. Bundle refunds are adjusted to reflect discounted per-item value.
